About
This is a solo business operated by Will Hull, based in Kansas City, MO. My family is constantly supporting me and that’s part of the reason I named my business Hullistic Jewelry. I’m currently 23 yrs old and have been making jewelry for a few years. It all started when I wanted a wire wrapped ring with spirals on both sides. I thought to myself “What if I could do this?”

Where do your source your stones?
All of the stones are ethically sourced and carefully selected to guarantee high quality jewelry. A few of the places I’m buying from are Little Feather Jewelry and Lone Peak Cabs. For faceted stones I have to browse different shops to look for what I need.

Shipping
Standard shipping is through first class USPS mail. Currently, I’m only shipping within the US and trying to find out how to add priority mail. I will eventually figure out how to offer other countries. All orders will include a tracking number.

What's my ring size?
Ring size can change slightly when we are too hot or cold so make sure to measure when you are comfortable at room temperature.
Best option is to buy a ring sizer for $5 online. Or: Use a string and wrap it around the base of your finger. Mark where it overlaps and measure the length in millimeters. Use a size chart with measurements to find the accurate size. The ring should slide over your knuckle easily but should NOT be loose. Using these methods will help you find the correct ring size.

Return policy
Once the item has been purchased there are no refunds or returns. All pieces are packaged safely with no chance of the jewelry being damaged. Bracelets will be checked to make sure they are durable and 100% in tact. If your bracelet happens to break sometime in the future, I will do one free restring. You’ll just have to pay the shipping. I’ve had bracelets that have lasted years and are still very durable. Avoiding wear and tear is key. For optimal health of the string, do not submerge in water and always take them off during physical activity.

Do you work with other metals?
I can cast wax work in any metal. I haven’t made a ring in gold but I would love to! All the other metals are an option so just contact me for a custom order.
